Chronability is a unique time management app that shows you how much free time you have left in the day. It works like this:
1. Set your day's END TIME
Swipe left on the bar labeled END TIME and tap on the clock icon.
Use the arrows to adjust the times.
END TIME can be set as late as noon the following day, to accommodate users who work overnight.
2. Create tasks
Tap the list icon.
Tap the plus sign.
Assign the task name and duration.
Tap and hold the gray circle to select category.
Slide your finger over each color to see the category names.
(Other, Errand, Work, Fun, and Home)
Swipe left on a task in your list to add it to your day.
You can also add tasks directly from the Home Screen.
3. Start, pause, or complete your tasks
Tap once on a task to start or pause it.
Tap the circle to the left of the task name or double tap the task to complete it.
Don’t worry, you can always uncheck the circle to undo.
4. Rearrange tasks
Rearrange tasks by long pressing and dragging.
What happens when the day ends?
In addition to "today," you can view "yesterday" and five future days.
Navigate between days using the arrows at the top of the screen.
When the END TIME is reached:
- you can no longer track tasks for that day, and incomplete tasks are moved to the next day
- the day that just ended is moved into the "yesterday" position, and the next day moves into the "today" position
Example: if today is Monday and the END TIME is reached, all incomplete tasks are moved to Tuesday, and Tuesday becomes labeled as "today."
If you weren't done, you can extend the day that just ended by making its END TIME later.
To do this, use the arrows to navigate back one day.
This brings you to the day that just ended.
Change the END TIME to a later time, as described in the first step.
"Today" will once again be Monday, and you will be able to track tasks.
(Since "yesterday" is now Sunday, you will have to tap the right arrow to get back to Monday - today.)
